Case Management & Family Support Services

The overarching purpose is to connect our service members and their families with resources, referrals, benefits, and proactive outreach opportunities throughout their military career. These programs have evolved to meet the emerging needs of our soldiers and served as the hub of an expanding network of service providers. ADC capabilities can be fully integrated into these programs by providing case management support, integrating elements of marital enrichment, employment and transition assistance, and promoting mental health, resilience and life skills training.
